White-Label Webinar Platforms Compared (2026): Who Allows It?

Written by the AIVX Labs team · Published October 2026

Branding and white-label options differ across BigMarker, ON24, ClickMeeting, WebinarGeek, Livestorm, Demio and HighLevel, and those options change often. How far white-labelling goes (your logo, branded emails, your own domain, removing "powered by") and which plan includes it should be confirmed on each vendor's current site. BrightStage AI offers a commercial licence so agencies can run AI-run events for clients. Ask BrightStage directly about removing its branding. White-labelling and agency licensing are separate questions.

Key takeaways

  • White-labelling is a ladder: logo, branded emails, custom domain, room domain, removing "powered by", branded dashboard and reseller billing.
  • Branding controls and the plans that include them change often, so confirm details on each vendor's current site and get answers in writing.
  • White-labelling and agency licensing are separate; check both the feature list and the terms of service.
  • HighLevel is known among agencies for rebranding and resale; BigMarker, ON24, ClickMeeting, WebinarGeek, Livestorm and Demio should each be checked plan by plan.
  • BrightStage AI offers a commercial licence for agencies and is built so an AI writes, presents and sells the event with nobody present; ask BrightStage directly about removing its branding.
  • Test every claim during a trial by registering and attending your own event as an outsider would.

Which webinar software can be white labeled?

No single answer stays true for long. Webinar vendors adjust branding controls, plan names and add-ons regularly, so a chart that says "Yes, on Plan X" can be wrong within months.

This page answers a narrower question. It explains what white-labelling means in practice, maps each platform by what it is known for, and gives you the exact questions that reveal how much branding you can remove and at which tier.

If your real question is whether you can legally run events for paying clients, see the separate chart on webinar platforms with agency or commercial licences. Rebranding and resale rights are different things.

What does "white label" actually mean for a webinar platform?

"White label" is used loosely. One vendor means "upload your logo." Another vendor means a fully rebranded product you resell under your own company name.

Treat white-labelling as a ladder. Each rung is a separate feature that may sit on a different plan:

  1. Logo and colours on registration pages and the event room.
  2. Branded emails sent from your own domain and sender name.
  3. Custom domain for registration and thank-you pages.
  4. Custom domain for the event room itself, so attendees never see the vendor's address.
  5. Removing "powered by" text and vendor logos everywhere attendees look.
  6. Branded host dashboard, so your clients log in to something that looks like your product.
  7. Reseller billing, where you charge clients directly and the vendor stays invisible.

Most buyers need rungs one to five. Agencies building their own software brand need six and seven. Know which rung you need before comparing prices.

White-label chart: eight platforms compared

The table below separates what each platform is known for from the specific branding questions. Where white-label details may have changed, the cell says to check the vendor's site. Confirm everything before you buy.

A column full of "Check vendor's site" is the honest result. Any chart claiming firm answers for every vendor and tier is guessing or out of date.

What is each platform known for?

Each platform has a clear identity, and that identity tells you more about fit than a branding checkbox does.

BigMarker

BigMarker is known as a webinar and virtual event platform covering live, automated and hybrid formats. Buyers who want a broad event toolset under their own brand should check the vendor's current features and which plan includes branding removal. For a closer look at automated events, see Livestorm vs BigMarker.

ON24

ON24 is known as an enterprise webinar and digital engagement platform used by large marketing teams, with strong analytics and enterprise integrations. Branding and domain options are worth confirming in a sales conversation, since enterprise contracts can be configured case by case.

ClickMeeting

ClickMeeting is known as a browser-based webinar tool for live and automated webinars, popular with smaller businesses and educators. Check the vendor's current features for logo, domain and "powered by" controls on each plan.

WebinarGeek

WebinarGeek is known as a Dutch webinar platform positioned toward European businesses. Teams comparing the two European options can read ClickMeeting vs WebinarGeek, then check each vendor's current branding controls.

Livestorm

Livestorm is known as a browser-based platform for webinars, meetings and video engagement, with a clean attendee experience. Branding options should be checked plan by plan on the vendor's current site. The BrightStage comparison of ClickMeeting vs Livestorm covers how both handle automated webinars.

Demio

Demio is known as a marketing-focused webinar platform with a simple interface for live, automated and series events. Check the vendor's current features for how much of the room and emails you can rebrand.

HighLevel

HighLevel is known as an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform widely used by agencies, and its rebranding and resale options are a big part of why agencies look at it. HighLevel is a broad marketing system rather than a dedicated webinar product, so check the vendor's current features for the webinar and event side specifically.

Is white-labelling the same as an agency licence?

White-labelling and agency licensing answer different questions. White-labelling is about what attendees and clients see. An agency or commercial licence is about whether you are permitted to run events on behalf of paying clients.

A platform can let you remove its logo yet restrict client work in its terms. A platform can also permit client work while keeping its branding visible. Read both the branding feature list and the terms of service, and ask a professional if the contract language matters to your business.

Example (hypothetical): an agency rebrands a webinar tool for a client, but the plan's terms allow only the account holder's own business. The branding looks right while the use breaks the terms.

Where does BrightStage AI fit?

BrightStage AI is a different kind of product from the other seven. BrightStage AI Events is built so an AI writes the sales presentation (script and slides), turns it into a video with an AI presenter whose avatar and voice the host chooses, and runs the event on a schedule or on demand with nobody present.

In the BrightStage event room, an AI answers attendee questions in the chat in real time, polls appear during the event, and offer buttons show at moments the host sets. The video plays like a live event, so attendees can't skip ahead, and replays are called Encores.

For agencies, BrightStage offers a commercial licence that lets them run BrightStage events for clients. BrightStage does not list full white-labelling in the details covered here, so ask BrightStage directly about removing its branding, custom domains and which plan includes them.

The AI presenter already makes each event feel like the client's own. The host chooses the presenter's avatar and voice, the AI writes the client's pitch, and registration and thank-you pages can be split tested with up to three versions. Attendees can install the BrightStage app from the thank-you page, so a client who needs the vendor fully invisible should confirm what appears there.

To see how an AI-run event compares with a hosted webinar, read AI-run webinar funnel vs traditional webinar or see an AI-run event. Pricing starts with a 14-day full-access trial (card required for verification, cancel any time), then from $59.95 per month.

What should you ask a vendor before you buy?

Vague answers like "fully brandable" are not enough. Send each vendor the same written questions so you can compare like for like:

  • Which plan removes all vendor logos and "powered by" text from registration pages, the event room, emails and replays?
  • Can registration pages, thank-you pages and the event room run on my own domain?
  • Do reminder emails and SMS reminders send from my domain and sender name?
  • If attendees install an app, whose name and icon does it show?
  • Can my clients log in to a dashboard that shows my brand, not yours?
  • Do your terms allow me to run events for paying clients on this plan?
  • Is white-labelling included in the plan or sold as an add-on?

Keep the replies in writing. Plan contents change, and a written answer gives you something to point to later.

How do you test a platform's white-label claims during a trial?

Build one real event during the trial and attend it as a stranger would. Register from a private browser window, open every email, join the room on your phone and watch the replay.

Write down every place the vendor's name, logo or web address appears. Then check whether a higher plan removes each one. A walkthrough such as how to run a webinar with AI hosting shows the full attendee path worth testing.

Check reminders too. If text-message reminders matter, compare options in which webinar platforms send SMS reminders, then confirm the sender name each platform shows.

Frequently asked questions

Can I put my own domain on a webinar registration page?

Some webinar platforms allow custom domains on registration and thank-you pages, and some restrict that to higher plans. The room itself may run on a separate address. Confirm on each vendor's current site whether both pages and the event room can use your domain.

Does removing my logo from webinar software cost extra?

It depends on the vendor and changes over time. Branding removal can be included in a plan or sold as an add-on. Ask the vendor in writing which plan removes all vendor branding and whether any extra fee applies.

Can an agency resell webinar software under its own brand?

Reselling requires both branding controls and terms that permit client work or resale. A platform may allow one without the other. Read the terms of service and check with a legal professional if the contract wording affects your business.

Does BrightStage AI allow agencies to run events for clients?

Yes. BrightStage AI offers a commercial licence that lets agencies run BrightStage events for their clients. Full white-labelling details, such as removing BrightStage branding or using custom domains, should be confirmed directly with BrightStage.

What is the quickest way to check if a webinar is truly white labeled?

Register for your own event from a private browser, open every reminder, join the room on a phone and watch the replay. Note every place the vendor's name, logo or web address appears. Anything you find is visible to your attendees too.

Is a white-labelled webinar better for sales?

A consistent brand can make an event feel more trustworthy to attendees, but branding alone does not make the pitch convincing. The presentation, the offer timing and the follow-up matter more. Treat white-labelling as polish on top of a well-built event.
