Six stages, about twelve weeks. You bring the opportunity and make the decisions; AIVX is the product and technology team. No coding on your side, no developers to hire, no AI tools to figure out.

What a first version includes

  • One customer application
  • One admin dashboard
  • One primary AI engine
  • Stripe payments
  • Onboarding
  • Core automation and core analytics
  • A marketing website

What it doesn’t

  • Multiple products
  • Native iPhone and Android apps
  • Enterprise architecture
  • Custom hardware
  • Dozens of third-party integrations
  • Marketplace infrastructure
  • Unlimited feature requests

Each of these is its own project, and we say so up front, not in week nine.

What that first version is worth to build

Not a mockup, a course or a folder of prompts: a functioning product, built to an agreed scope, with the application, the AI engine, the payment infrastructure and the core systems it needs to operate. Assembled separately, that scope is a research engagement, a product designer, a development team, a payments integration, an AI integration and a launch team, coordinated by you. Here it is one team, one scope, one timeline.

A first version like that, built to the approved scope, would typically cost well over $20,000 to have built by an outside team. We itemize that replacement-cost estimate for your venture before you approve anything, so you can see exactly what you are getting and what it would cost to replace. It is an estimate of development cost, not a valuation of the business or a revenue projection.

The commitment: if AIVX accepts your venture, we get it from the approved concept to a functioning, launch-ready first version within the defined scope. We also share in the revenue after launch, which is why we only take on ventures we believe will sell, and why we will tell you “not this” when we think it won’t.

What the assessment covers

The Venture Build is by application. The assessment is the first step, and it costs nothing: you tell us about the business or the idea and where it is trying to go, Alan reads every application himself, and if it is a fit you pick a call time on the next screen. On the call we go through:

  • What the business does, and who pays for it
  • How those customers would find it
  • Where AI and automation give it an edge
  • What we would build first, and what we would leave for later
  • Whether a build is even the right move. Sometimes the answer is “not this, here is what we would build instead”

You leave the call knowing what we would build and why, or knowing why we wouldn’t. No obligation either way.

Who this is for

Not for you if you want someone to run your marketing, if you want to stay hands-off on the decisions, or if you need a yes on everything. For you if you can describe the opportunity in a paragraph and you are ready to be the founder of the thing that gets built.
